The companies employ 15 workers at the two locations, with combined annual sales of $3.9 million.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed at the parties’ requests.
IBG Business facilitated the sale, which closed May 11, 2023. IBG partner Robert Latham (pictured) led the IBG transaction team.
