Tracy Penwell, MIM, FRM®

Tracy Penwell has accumulated over 30 years’ experience in M&A advisory, senior corporate, banking, securities industry, and entrepreneurial leadership roles.

A Colorado native, Ms. Penwell’s career has taken her from the Arizona desert to New York City, the Caribbean islands, the United Kingdom and back to the desert in service to a number of financial industry leaders, including Chase Manhattan Bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the Government Securities Clearing Corporation. Her work has encompassed policy, analytical, risk, product development, and managerial roles.

An avid competitor, Ms. Penwell has been active in equestrian sports, karate, tai chi, and ballroom dancing. Her favorite activities now include hiking, golf, chess, yoga and spoiling other people’s dogs.
